Athletic Insight

Athletic Insight Sports Psychology and Exercise Organization is a privately held company that was established in 1999 by Robert Schinke, PhD. Athletic Insight was created to serve as a peer-reviewed, non-proprietary journal that thoroughly discussed the field of sports psychology. The first Athletic Insight article was published in 1999, with over 140 additional co-authored publications by Schinke spanning over a 20 year time-frame. These Athletic Insight publications have been featured on Harvard Business Review, Insider, The New York Times, Slate, Vice, Business Insider, Time, BBC and many additional university publications. In 2021, Parker Russell further expanded the original Athletic Insight mission by founding the Athletic Insight Athlete Exercise Organization to train and educate athletes around the world in the areas of exercise, health and overall fitness. Today, Athletic Insight is a one-stop shop for all information on health, sports psychology, fitness and product reviews.
